Michelle Merrifield is the utmost fitness professional who has made a living as a professional trainer and lifestyle coach who is also the owner and operator of Essence of Living on the Gold Coast which is a celebration of healthy living. Her goal is to share her passion of fitness with the rest of world and although her DVD’s have been around for awhile, this is the first time some of her best fitness videos have been put together in order to target all parts of your muscle groups with an easy to follow fitness routine. Given that, Michelle Merrifield’s Ultimate Fitness Collection is a 12-disc set that includes the following titles;

As you can see, Michelle Merrifield’s Ultimate Fitness Collection is quite a diverse collection of yoga and Pilates with her own twists to give you several workout options or if you want to target certain parts of your body.
Given that I really love gym and fitness classes, I must admit that Michelle Merrifield’s Ultimate Fitness Collection is an extremely well presented set that targets a wide range of fitness levels that include beginner, intermediate and advanced. Michelle is also known as an international celebrity so if you’re looking to transform yourself or keep your current fitness, this collection has everything you need. The release does aim more for female fitness but I did manage to rope in my partner who not only found it challenging but it really made him notice muscles he never knew he had.
In terms of a presenter, Michelle is excellent and is a real inspiration in terms of her attitude, healthy looks and motivational training sessions. Even though I would classify myself on an intermediate level, I still found these workouts, including the beginner sessions quite easy to follow and more importantly, they give you a fantastic workout. Given that, I wouldn’t recommend jumping into the more advanced training sessions because these do hammer you in terms of your strength, especially the core work.
Another highlight of these classes is that they range in different times so if you have have 15 minutes or 30 minutes, there are classes that you can engage with. They all start with a warmup and of course can target certain parts of your body like legs, buttocks or even full body. I also like how Michelle changes the locations and really makes the workouts fun and her instructions and movements can easily be copied thanks to the great video work.
If you’re looking to improve or maintain your current fitness levels, Michelle Merrifield’s Ultimate Fitness Collection is a great holistic set of discs that are not only easy to follow but features some great video in order to mimic the exercises of Michelle. On another note and with Christmas and the New Year just around the corner, it’s also makes the perfect present or time to improve your overall health with this massive bundle of fitness routines.
