To mark the release of VIKINGS Season 2 on Blu-ray & DVD, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has teamed up with Swine & Co., the Urban Purveyor Groups newest must experience dining destination in Sydney.
Acclaimed Head Chef, Michael Box, has created a bespoke limited edition Vikings inspired dish to celebrate the latest installment of the hit show. The Valhalla Swine dish consists of mouth-watering roasted Pork Belly, yellow beetroot puree, toasted rye and oats dressed with a Pork reduction and tarragon cream with pickled apple pieces. Consumers who purchase the Vikings dish within the selected period will receive a complimentary copy of VIKINGS Season 2. This exclusive Vikings dish will only be available for three nights.
