Bedtime magic!

This wonderful and truly magical book is by Rhiannon Fielding and Chris Chatterton who create the perfect bedtime book about a little unicorn called Twinkle who doesn’t want to go to sleep. So as the minutes count down and our little unicorn gets closer to the Land of Nod, Twinkle refuses to go to sleep as she valiantly attempts to run away from sleep time but goes on a wondrous journey that is not only well-written but also beautifully illustrated.

As we follow Twinkle, she trots, dances and prances through a magical land of marshmallow clouds and pink sugar sand where she meets all sorts of creatures like pixes, sprites, friendly trolls and even a baby dragon! As Twinkle’s bedtime gets closer, she even sees a shooting star but realises that she is now a log way from home. So how do unicorns get home if they’re lost? The answer is a magical rainbow as Twinkle follows it home and when she returns, she is already fast asleep by the ten minute mark.

Final Thoughts?

Ten Minutes to Bed Little Unicorn is a truly delightful read from start to finish and is definitely a must have book for your little one’s collection… a magical journey from start to finish that our children loved from start to finish and will become another classic in our home.
