PS5 April Update brings new storage options and social features
Sony Interactive Entertainment has confirmed that the first major system software update for the PlayStation 5 console is available from today. Packed with new features and improvements, the new update will enhance the player experience on PlayStation 5 in every possible way.
Hideaki Nishino, Senior Vice President of Platform Planning and Management at Sony Interactive Entertainment took to the PlayStation Blog to share a glimpse of what will be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation App.
Key updates include:
- PlayStation 5 storage expansion and management
- New social features for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles
- Enhanced control and options for PlayStation 5 consoles
- New features for PlayStation app
