PAX Aus announces the first wave of exhibitors for 2023

PAX Aus is celebrating its 10th anniversary, so dust off your finest outerwear and get your sleep in while you can, because you’re all invited and it is going to be non-stop for three days!

Nintendo returns to PAX Aus, with the Splatoon 3 AU/NZ Championship 2023 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe AU/NZ Championship 2023 culminating in the live finals in PAX Arena. Teams can learn more about qualifying online for this epic showdown at Nintendo Australia’s website.

Also returning this year, Bethesda joins PAX Aus’ 10th anniversary. Stay tuned over socials in the coming weeks for more information about the awesome experience they will be bringing to the PAX community.

Step onto the expo floor where PAX Aus goers will have the opportunity to get their hands on some of the latest content, hardware and tech from our long-time friends including Devolver Digital, Audio-Technica, ASUS ROG, Aftershock PC, Cooler Master, HTC VIVE, Corsair, MSI and Crunchyroll.

And that’s just the beginning of what PAX Aus has to offer this year. We also welcome first timers including NetEase Games, who have created titles across a variety of genres and platforms. Ukiyo Studios will be bringing various international indie games to PAX Aus and we also say a big “kia ora” to PikPok Games from Aotearoa New Zealand, bringing an exclusive demo of Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days for visitors to get their hands on.

PAX Rising will again see some of the best independent developers in Australia bringing their exceptional talent to the expo floor including the 10 winners of our PAX Aus Indie Showcase that can be found in both the digital and tabletop areas.

If the expo hall has wiped you out, the rest of the show will not help, with a host of options to entertain including compelling panels, tournaments, and cosplay championships running all weekend, just to name a few things!

While this is just a taster, we hope you’re just as, if not more excited than us to ring in 10 years! With PAX Aus still several weeks away, there is still a lot to be announced about this year’s event so keep your eyes and ears open for news about guests, new features, schedules, exhibitors, and more.

With three-day badges sold out and Saturday badges 70% sold out, now is the time to book your badge. PAX Aus 2023 takes place October 6-8 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. For more information and badges, please visit the official website or follow PAX Aus 2023 on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Threads and Tiktok.
