Ooni serves up the future of pizza with two innovative new ovens

Plug in Pizza with the Ooni Volt 12

With the Ooni Volt 12, where there’s a power point, there’s pizza. As Ooni’s first electric pizza oven, Ooni Volt offers maximum versatility in a beautiful, modern design that’s ideal for both indoor kitchens and outdoor spaces.

Reaching 450 °C in just 20 minutes, home cooks can bake the perfect Neapolitan-style pizza in just 90 seconds on a generous 13-inch cordierite baking stone. With two heating elements, one at the top for downward heat and one under the stone for perfectly crispy bases, the Volt gives you complete freedom to cook pizzas just the way you like with built-in temperature, time, balance control, and a new Boost Function.

Designed to fit on any standard kitchen benchtop, Volt is lightweight, portable, and easy to store. A weather-resistant shell means your Volt can withstand the elements when cooking outdoors, while a triple-paned glass door gives you a clear view of the pizza cooking without losing heat. Preventing power wastage, the Ooni Volt 12 also automatically shuts off after 45 minutes of inactivity.

The Ooni Karu 12G is the world’s most advanced portable pizza oven, with multi-fuel versatility, an integrated thermometer, ClearViewTM technology and a triple-paned borosilicate glass door, a first for Ooni’s 12-inch oven range. Proving that good things come in small packages, Ooni Karu 12G brings the best of the brand’s highly acclaimed Karu 16 pizza oven in a compact model you can take almost anywhere.

For those itching to cook their first pizza, the Karu 12G is ready to cook straight from the box with wood, charcoal, or a combination of both. For those wanting to use their gas bottle, simply attach the optional gas burner for convenient baking. The oven also uses 36% less gas than previous models, meaning you have more fuel for longer*. And, with its ability to reach 450 °C in under 20 minutes, you’ll be cutting into your first slice before you can say deliziosa.
