In 1968 the Soviet Union sent the first tortoise into deep space.

That tortoise was my daddy.

I’ll sing about it.

MICHELLE BRASIER, accomplished musical theatre performer, rising comedic talent and one half of award-winning comedy duo Backwards Anorak (A Hip Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, Winter Is Coming), premieres her debut solo Melbourne International Comedy Festival show SPACE TORTOISE.

SPACE TORTOISE is accompanied on stage by critically acclaimed Composer, Musical Director and Performer Shanon D. Whitelock. Whitelock’s most recent collaboration, Oprahfication, winner of Melbourne Short+Sweet Cabaret Tour Ready Award and Melbourne Cabaret Festival Excellence Award, Green Room Awards Nominee, and was featured at New York Musical Theatre Festival.
