Keisha Castle-Hughes to appear at Oz Comic-Con Melbourne
Keisha Castle-Hughes, best known for her roles in Whale Rider and Game of Thrones is the latest guest to be added to the guest list for Oz Comic-Con Melbourne.
Castle-Hughes, who has also appeared in The Almighty Johnsons, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Red Dog, will be appearing at Oz Comic-Con held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 27-28 June to meet fans. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend exclusive Q&A panels with Castle-Hughes, as well as take part in professional autograph and photograph opportunities with the Game of Thrones star.
Castle-Hughes joins an all-star line-up of guests at Oz Comic-Con Melbourne, including Bruce Campbell (The Evil Dead, Burn Notice – SATURDAY only), Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones, Aquaman), David Wenham and Billy Boyd (Lord of the Rings), Stephen Hunter and Adam Brown (The Hobbit), Jewel Staite (Firefly), Emma Caulfield and Amber Benson (Buffy: The Vampire Slayer) and Scott Patterson (Gilmore Girls).
Oz Comic-Con Melbourne will also host a huge range of exciting features, including the Red Bull Silent Disco, Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Be The Super Hero’ event where fans can test their Asgaardian strength by trying to lift Thor’s hammer, jump into action and get their photo taken with Captain America’s iconic shield, or suit up as Iron Man or Hulk for the ultimate Marvel super hero battle – Hulk vs Hulkbuster, the Berocca Boost Gaming Zone, cosplay parades for both kids and adults, plus the Melbourne finals of the Australian Championships of Cosplay.
Oz Comic-Con Melbourne will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday, 27June and Sunday, 28 June, with doors open from 9am-6pm each day. Tickets are on-sale now from OzComicCon.com, and photograph and autograph tokens can also be pre-purchased from the online store.
