Hisense’s brand-new laundry range delivers on efficiency and performance

Hisense, a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, has today announced the expansion of its laundry range with the arrival of its innovative Series 7 and Series 5 washers and dryers to Australia.

Delivering good news to eco-conscious buyers, both product lines offer strong sustainability credentials when it comes to energy and water usage, with an option for everyone, regardless of budget. Meanwhile, those who appreciate style and sleek aesthetics will be pleased to know that function is not exclusive of form.

Packaged with minimalist and modernist designs, Hisense’s 2023 range of washers and dryers will offer a touch of class to homes across Australia while delivering the convenience that Hisense’s Smart Home ecosystem – ConnectLife – can offer.

Gideon Lui, Head of Marketing at Hisense ANZ, said, “Hisense has always been committed to offering products that help to improve the lives of everyday Australians, and the innovations built into our latest laundry range are no exception. Whether that be features that drive greater convenience or sustainability credentials to deliver peace of mind, our premium range of products continue to deliver regardless of budget.”

Series 7 range – feature focused with an eye for detail

Spearheading Hisense’s laundry offering for 2023 is the Series 7, a feature-packed washer and dryer pair. Available with an 8.5kg or 10kg washer and a 9kg dryer to complement, Hisense’s Series 7 offering is tailored to the needs of every Australian household.

Designed to offer a sophisticated and seamless appliance aesthetic throughout the home, Hisense created the Series 7 washing machine and dryer in an elegant Charcoal Black finish.

Series 7 washing machines also include Hisense’s new and innovative UV Hygiene technology across the 8.5kg and 10kg models. Utilising the power of UV light, combined with the existing Steam Function, these washers remove up to 99.99% of bacteria. What’s more, the Series 7’s Auto Dosing Feature takes the guesswork out of laundry by storing enough detergent and softener for about a month’s worth of laundry.

The Series 7 has also been engineered for excellent energy efficiency, with 4.5-Star (8kg) and 5-Star (10kg) Energy Rated washers and a 9-Star Energy Rating dryer. Fundamentally, these high ratings will ensure consumer energy bills are kept in check, while the units’ impressive 4.5-Star water usage ratings will ensure water bills are also kept to a minimum.

Reduced energy usage isn’t exclusive to the Series 7 washers either. The dryer’s impressive 9-Star rating is made possible with Heat Pump technology that recycles hot air into the drum. Overall, this reduces energy consumption significantly over a more traditional vented dryer solution.

Series 5 range – the perfect pair for every household

Hisense’s Series 5 delivers a strong package for the everyday Australian household seeking an option that brings the most value to the hardest working appliance in the home. Offered with an 8.5kg or 10kg washing machine and 8kg dryer. This year, the Series 7 and 5 dryers feature a reversible door that delivers even greater convenience, with customers able to elect a left or right opening to suit any space, perfect if the dryer is to be stacked using the included stacking kit.

Both Series 5 washers offer hygiene-conscious Australians Hisense’s tried and tested Allergy Steam Function. Steam penetrates the clothes to remove latent allergens and irritants that can build up in your clothing, removing up to 99.99% of bacteria during the wash.

The Series 5 will also see you spending less time in the laundry, with the 15- and 30-minute Quick Wash options offering a thorough clean for lighter loads when you’re in a rush. Most conveniently, all of this can now be controlled from the palm of your hand using the innovative ConnectLife app.

Lui added, “It just makes sense to have the perfect pair when it comes to laundry appliances, so we have created products that work in harmony with one another”.

Both the Series 7 and Series 5 laundry products are available to purchase in all leading retailers now.
