‘Harry Potter’ Stars, 70s ‘Spider-Man’ & More Join Supanova ‘Once [More] Upon A Time’ In Melbourne!

Supanova Comic Con & Gaming is bringing the magic to Melbourne, as the cast of the most awarded new play in history, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, sign on for a special one-day-only Supa-Star appearance on Sunday, 6 March!

Offering autographed posters and socially distanced selfies ahead of an exclusive Q&A panel, fans will be able to meet cast members: Gareth Reeves (Harry Potter), Paula Arundell (Hermione), Ben Walter (Albus Potter), Nyx Calder (Scorpius Malfoy), Gillian Cosgriff (Delphi), Connor Sweeny (swing), Mick Bani (Bane), Michael Whalley (Ron Weasley) and Aisha Aidara (Rose Grander Weasley). Just be sure to get in early before the enchanting ensemble need to Apparate back to the stage!

If you can’t get enough of the wizarding world, you’ll feel like you’ve downed some Liquid Luck when Harry Potter alumna Katie Liu Leung takes to the Supanova stage! Posing for Photo-ops and signing Autographs across the weekend, Leung is best known for her portrayal of Cho Chang in the magical, megahit franchise.

Long before Marvel fans ever found themselves ‘Far From Home’, audiences were idolising the convention’s next guest, classic webslinger Nicholas Hammond a.k.a. The Amazing Spider-Man of the 1970s! Hammond’s illustrious career has seen him feature in everything from The Sound of Music to Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, making him a must-meet for any Melbournian cinephile on the Saturday only at Supanova.

Not to be confused with the above, Once Upon a Time’s Georgina Haig is also set to attend – alongside her Supa-Star sibling, Julian Haig! Most recently, Georgina guest-starred in Netflix’s acclaimed mystery horror series, Archive 81, while Julian is perhaps best known as Elio in The CW fan-favourite Riverdale.

Rounding out the film and television guest list is Todd Lasance, a local legend known for his leading role as Julius Caesar in Spartacus, who has appeared in fan-favourite series The Flash and The Vampire Diaries. He will soon appear alongside fellow Supa-Star Lincoln Lewis in the upcoming action film Black Site.

Tickets to the event are on sale now via Moshtix.
