Blending live action with animation, COYOTE VS ACME stars John Cena, Will Forte and Lana Condor, and arrives in Australian cinemas nationally on September 17 via Pinnacle Films.
This live-action/animation hybrid comedy reimagines one of cartoon history’s most iconic underdogs, placing Wile E. Coyote in a courtroom showdown that’s every bit as unpredictable and chaotic as his endless pursuit of the Road Runner. Frustrated after years of ACME’s famously faulty gadgets backfiring, Wile E. Coyote finally decides to fight back, enlisting a down-on-his-luck lawyer Kevin Avery (Will Forte), who sees the case as his big break.
But the stakes quickly become personal when the lawyer comes up against his former boss – powerhouse lawyer Buddy Crane (John Cena) – who is now representing ACME, turning the case into more than just a legal battle. What unfolds is a fast-paced mix of escalating rivalry, unexpected alliance, and the kind of inventive, gag-driven mayhem that defines Looney Tunes at its best.
