Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Scores Another Major Win in 2025 Wheels Awards

Chery Australia’s Tiggo 4 Pro been named Wheels’ Best Small SUV: Best Value, confirming its status as one of the smartest buys in the Australian new car market.

The win marks the second high-profile award for the Tiggo 4 Pro in just a few months, following its earlier title as Best Urban Car Under $30k in the Drive Car of the Year Awards.

As one of the newest entrants in the market, the Tiggo 4 Pro is quickly building a reputation as the small SUV that punches well above its weight – offering standout value, smart design and features often reserved for far more expensive models.

With prices starting at ust $23,990, Wheels praised the small SUV’s “amazing value for money,” practical interior, and impressive ownership credentials including low servicing costs and a five-star ANCAP safety rating.

“We are proud that the Tiggo 4 Pro has earned recognition from Wheels as the Best Value Small SUV of 2025,” said Lewis Lu, CEO of Chery Australia. “To receive back-to-back awards from two of Australia’s most respected automotive publications is a clear sign that we’re delivering what Australian drivers are looking for – quality, technology and everyday practicality, without the premium price tag.”

The recognition follows strong sales for the Tiggo 4 Pro, with over 6400 units old since its launch in September 2024.

Chery is also one of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive brands, recording a 216% year-on-year sales increase. With new models on the way, growing investment in new energy technology, and an expanding dealer network, Chery is positioned for continued growth throughout 2025.
