ASUS Australia Republic of Gamers announces availability of Gaming Laptops with 7th Generation Intel Core i7 Processors
Sydney, Australia (1st February, 2017) — ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced that the ROG Strix GL502/702 and GL553/753, alongside ROG G752 gaming laptops, are now available with up to the latest 7th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 processors. These latest processors deliver a boost in speed and performance over the previous generation of processors, as well as native 4K UHD support.
ASUS gaming laptops with NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX series graphics ranked No. 1 in the global sales charts with a 29% market share, according to January-September 2016 sales figures compiled by independent market research firms GfK and the NPD Group. ASUS is aiming to solidify itsposition, and believes its latest series of gaming laptops featuring the 7th Generation Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10-series graphics will ensure domination of the gaming laptop market in 2017.
ROG Strix GL502/GL702
ROG Strix GL502/GL702 is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core processors and feature NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 or GTX 1060 graphics. The 15.6-inch GL502 and 17.3-inch GL702 feature super-fast 120Hz wide-viewing-angle panels with NVIDIA G-SYNC technology for super-smooth visuals. Both gaming laptops are extremely compact and lightweight, allowing users to enjoy high-end gaming experiences anywhere.
ROG Strix GL502/GL702 have anti-ghosting keyboards with red-backlit keys, 30-key rollover and highlighted WASD keys. They also feature the new ROG Armor Titanium and Plasma Copper colour scheme.
ROG Strix GL553/GL753
ROG Strix GL553/GL753 come with Windows 10 pre-installed and feature 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050/1050Ti graphics and full Microsoft DirectX® 12 to provide gamers with powerful gaming performance and flawless visuals.
These laptops feature specially-designed chiclet keyboards with red-backlit scissor-switch keys with 2.5mm of travel distance for tactile keystrokes. They also have a larger space bar, isolated arrow keys, highlighted WASD keys and RGB lighting across four zones.
ASUS Gamer FX553
ASUS Gamer comes with Windows 10 pre-installed andfeature 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics and full Microsoft DirectX® 12 to provide gamers with powerful gaming performance and flawless visuals.
ASUS Gamer FX553 comes withanti-ghosting keyboard with up to 30-key rollover, 2.5mm key travel, and isolated arrow keys. The RED lighting Chiclet keyboard delivers an incredible gaming experience even in darkness.
