Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn joins Fortnite
Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn is the newest character to join Fortnite’s new Primal season!
Aloy’s new Outfit will be complemented by several other Items from the Horizon Zero Dawn universe, including a Blaze Canister Back Bling, Aloy’s Spear Pickaxe, Glinthawk Glider, Shield-Weaver Wrap, Heart-rizon Emote, and an “Aloy the Skywatcher Loading Screen” (bundle only).
Players can purchase the Aloy Outfit and associated items from 16 April (AEST) onwards, or earn the Outfit early in the Aloy Cup (live today), available only on PlayStation consoles. Players will compete against other PS4 or PS5 players to be the last one standing in each game, and eliminating opponents using a bow will earn additional points.
Additionally, Aloy will team up with another iconic female character from this season, Lara Croft, for a new Limited Time Mode (LTM). In the new Duos LTM, players will automatically be outfitted as either Aloy or Lara Croft in a loot-locked battle with only the craftable Bow (Aloy) and Dual Pistols (Lara) at their disposal. Crafting and the use of wildlife will be key to upgrading weapons and earning a Victory Royale! The LTM will kick off on 16 April, 11pm AEST and ends on 18 April, 11pm AEST.
