PAX AUS DAY 3 – @PAXAUS2025 @MCEC
PAX Aus day 3 and the energy is still very high, the vibes are good and Indie Games are raring to go. I’ve always favoured doing Indie Games on Sunday as it is gennerally the quietest day of the three and allows me more time to not only play each game but have a chat with the developers, get to know them and talk about the game they are showcasing.
Indie studios are some of our most creative developers and no one deserves more recognition of their hard work than these guys. Teams mar vary in size, most often just a small handful of talented individuals. Some are even off the back of a single, dedicated and possibly crazy individual. From simple concepts from the heart, to grandiose ideas to rival that of a Triple A studio, indie games are the heart and soul of the gaming industry and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them for putting themselves out there, taking a punt, a huge risk, that enough people will catch their vibe and enjoy their passion as much as they.
Here’s just a few of the games I got to play, to close out the final day of an amazing PAX weekend!
