The concept revolves around the controversial relationship between ASKA and Nexus, highlighting the clash between emotion and empiricism, control and freedom. It portrays a defining moment: the first time ASKA encounters her own dead body, a visual metaphor for rebirth, one of the game’s central themes.
A story of rebirth
In METAL EDEN, players take on the role of ASKA, an advanced Hyper Unit android built around a digitized human psyche. Set in a hauntingly beautiful machine world, you’ll explore the neon-soaked architecture of the techno-planet Moebius and descend into the mysterious world below, uncovering the dark truth behind a lost human colony whose souls are trapped in cybernetic COREs.
