EB Games Expo gets bigger by the day

Pirate ships and new exhibitors added to the show’s jam packed line-up

As anticipation grows for the forthcoming EB Games Expo, so does the line-up of activities and announcements. EB Games is excited to introduce a series of publisher updates, new exhibitor additions and a sneak peak at the Expo map.

First up, Ubisoft has announced it’ll be setting sail outside the convention hall with the epic inclusion of a Pirate Ship Ride to help gamers get in the spirit and celebrate the forthcoming launch of Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, due for release on the 31st October. Suitable for young adventurers and seasoned pirates, the ship represents a fantastic addition to the highly interactive expo offering. This massively anticipated game will also be playable on the show floor with a development team member in attendance to share their experiences of working on the latest swashbuckling instalment of the epic Assassins Creed series.

Equally, Sims fans visiting the show will be in for a treat, as EA confirms it will be bringing the ultimate personalisation tool to the show floor, with the brand new Create-A-Sim for The Sims™ 4! Gamers will now be able customise their Sim like never before, sculpting the most minute details, even switching up their Sim’s walk style to suit their personalities!

Last but certainly not least, consumers will be happy to know Wargaming have confirmed they will be joining the stellar cast and exhibiting at the show this year. Wargaming will be hosting its WCG Australian’s National Final on October 5th at the EB Expo.

To help give ticket holders a small taste of Australia’s biggest gaming event and the enormity of what awaits them, EB has released the Expo Map. The map shows off the sheer scale of the Expo, which is set to be a massive playground for gamers of all ages!

General Admission, Multiplayer, and Family Passes are all still available for purchase in over 380 EB Games Australia stores, www.ebgames.com.au and www.ticketek.com.au.

The EB Games EXPO is a MA15+ event and will feature restricted R18 content.
