MADMAN PRESENTS ‘TITAN WEEK‘ BRINGS ATTACK ON TITAN EPISODE SCREENINGS INTO SYNC WITH JAPAN.

Next week, Madman is proud to announce ‘Titan Week’, featuring ATTACK ON TITAN episodes screening twice daily on the Madman Screening Room (www.madman.com.au/videos) – from Monday 26th through Friday 30th August.

To celebrate the massive response to ATTACK ON TITAN out of Japan, we will be speeding up local screenings of this series which has captured the imagination of fans across the globe.

Starting Monday, the Madman Screening Room will increase screenings from two episodes a week, to two episodes a day, every day of ‘Titan Week’.

The struggle of Eren against the Titans will be even more vital as we catch up to Japanese broadcast. Friday will be Triple Titan Day bringing us up to date with Episode 20.

Following the completion of ‘Titan Week’, the Madman Screening Room schedule for ATTACK ON TITAN screenings will move to new episodes each Wednesday in the lead-up to the final episodes of the epic series, and bring Australia’s own official stream within hours of the Japanese broadcast.

Several hundred years ago, humanity was very nearly wiped from the Earth as they were hunted down by giant creatures known as Titans – beasts several stories tall who devour human beings for pleasure. The humans erected giant walls around their cities, which kept them safe until a colossal Titan – larger than any they’ve seen before – appears out of thin air and destroys their defences. When this destruction leads to the death of his mother, Eren Jaeger swears vengeance and an undying vow to hunt down and kill all Titans.

With its blistering action, relentless pacing and unpredictable storyline, the 25-episode post-apocalyptic series – which is animated by newcomers Wit Studio and helmed by the director of DEATH NOTE and HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD – has become the hottest anime property across the globe.

ATTACK ON TITAN will also release to home and further digital formats in 2014.
