Thrustmaster ESWAP XR PRO CONTROLLER coming to FORZA HORIZON 5

Thrustmaster adds a new member to the ESWAP FAMILY with the launch of the ESWAP XR PRO CONTROLLER in partnership with FORZA HORIZON 5.

The ESWAP modular gamepads have become a benchmark in the professional controller segment for high-level competitive gaming. The iconic lineup is now heading to Mexico with the newly released ESWAP XR PRO CONTROLLER, sporting the colors of FORZA HORIZON 5 and featuring a new racing wheel module.

This new gamepad is an officially-licensed XBOX and FORZA HORIZON 5 device.

Experience incredibly immersive racing with the brand-new RACING WHEEL MODULE, a replica mini-racing wheel. Master your turns and drifts and stay in control on any type of terrain with the module’s 95° rotation angle and re-centering system.

Thanks to Hot Swap technology, the gamepad adapts to your gameplay: swap and replace the mini-stick modules as many times as you like.

The ESWAP XR PRO CONTROLLER comes with two optimized, next-generation (S5 NXG) mini-sticks for enhanced precision, plus super-responsive D-pad and mechanical buttons. You’ll be able to respond quickly and take control in your races!

NEXT-LEVEL IMMERSION

You’ll really feel like you’re driving, thanks to a truly game-changing experience with the new RACING WHEEL MODULE included with the ESWAP XR PRO CONTROLLER. Thrustmaster drew on its years of race simulation experience to channel this technology into a module for the ESWAP gamepad. With its re-centering system and 95° angle of rotation, you’ll experience a whole new level of immersion—with incredible control of your turns and drifting. The RACING WHEEL MODULE works just like a car steering wheel, allowing players to turn left or right with perfect precision and without any data loss, unlike steering with a stick. Kick it into overdrive and experience FORZA HORIZON 5 driving like never before with the RACING WHEEL MODULE.

YOUR DRIVING STYLE

Hot Swap technology lets you swap the modules at any time, to adapt the gamepad to your gameplay—and not the other way around. The ESWAP XR PRO CONTROLLER includes the RACING WHEEL MODULE, two mini-sticks and a D-pad. When the RACING WHEEL MODULE is inserted, the D-pad inputs are automatically assigned to the four rear buttons (1, 2, 3, 4). Rear buttons can be reassigned (and disabled) directly on the gamepad. Swap modules in a snap to pick the best configuration for you!

BECOME AN ACE AT THE WHEEL

Combining enhanced precision with an extended lifespan of 2 million activations, the next-generation S5 NXG mini-sticks and RACING WHEEL MODULE deliver an excellent balance between driving precision, trajectory control and overall immersion.

EXTRAORDINARY RESPONSIVENESS

From the ABXY and RB/LB buttons to the D-pad to the rear buttons, you’ll love the super-responsive clicks provided by the mechanical buttons, which are 64% faster than standard membrane-based buttons (tested under laboratory conditions). Say goodbye to lagging response times in games: with an activation distance reduced to 0.01 inches (0.3 mm), you’ll be able to respond quickly and take control in your races!

 CONFIGURE YOUR GAMEPAD

The THRUSTMAPPERX software lets you configure all of the settings you’ll ever want to adjust:

  • Create made-to-measure profiles, specifically designed for particular games or characters.
  • Map and remap as many buttons as you like.
  • Configure the sensitivity curve of the analog mini-sticks and RACING WHEEL MODULE.
  • Change the shape of the curve for the dead zones on the analog mini-sticks.
  • Adjust the power of the vibrations.

On Xbox, THRUSTMAPPERX appears directly in the console’s menu for quick and easy use.

Customize virtually every aspect of the gamepad — so that it’s a perfect fit for you, and nobody else!
