‘The Grinch: Christmas Adventures’ Steals Your Summer – The Holidays Begin Now With All New Gameplay Trailer

‘The Grinch: Christmas Adventures’ is the first video game released in over 16 years, based on the classic children’s book How The Grinch Stole Christmas! from the legendary creator Dr. Seuss. Today Outright Games have released a brand new gameplay trailer for the upcoming title that shows off the vibrant and colourful visuals found in the game, authentically recreated from the original illustrations in the book.

Bandai Namco Europe together with Outright Games, the leading global publisher of family-friendly interactive entertainment are proud to showcase gameplay for this iconic franchise for the first time. The trailer showcases not only the green grouch and his faithful dog Max in action, but the energetic 2D platforming gameplay and wonderfully festive power-ups such as the lasso candy-cane and enemy freezing snowballs.

The Grinch: Christmas Adventures has been designed with families in mind, with accessibility features for the youngest of gamers, as well as an asymmetric co-op mode where the second player takes control of the Grinch’s canine companion, Max.

Having recently been showcased at Gamescom in Cologne, where it was made playable for the first time, the upcoming video game is the first in sixteen years to be based on the iconic character and will serve as a brilliant introduction to the world of Dr. Seuss for a new generation of fans.

The Grinch: Christmas Adventures will be available on October 13th on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and digitally on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, , and PC.
