THE FINAL CHAPTER OF “THE MAGIC ORDER” BEGINS AT DARK HORSE COMICS

Prolific writer and storyteller Mark Millar (Civil War, Kingsman) and Dark Horse Comics present the continuation of Millar’s adult dark fantasy series. In The Magic Order, the fate of the world and the fate of magic are tied to five families across the globe, each bestowed with secret power to protect our existence from dangerous supernatural and magical threats. Artist Matteo Buffagni (Daken Dark Wolverine, Avengers Assemble) and colorist Giovanna Niro (Orfani, The Bounce) join Millar in expanding the world of The Magic Order in an all-new, six-issue series 5. Covers for issue #1 include art from the duo of Buffagni and Niro, along with a black and white variant of Buffagni’s drawings, as well as a variant from the team of Jae Lee and colorist June Chung. The Magic Order is also set to become a Netflix series.

In the final volume of The Magic Order:

Cordelia Moonstone, the matriarch and de facto leader of the assembly of magical families within The Order, is told she is going to die soon and there is nothing she can do about it. Breaking the rules has brought consequences and the price of her transgressions appears to be her life! Just like all her friends, Cordelia must face the music, but there is no chance she is going down without a fight.
