The Elder Scrolls Online next-gen backwards compatibility FAQ
Earlier this year Bethesda announced that The Elder Scrolls Online would be playable on Xbox Series X and Series S and PlayStation 5 thanks to backwards compatibility. The team has put together an FAQ that should answer any questions about how to play ESO on those shiny new consoles!
You can continue your adventures in Tamriel on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 through backward compatibility mode right now. You will be able to continue playing on your existing account with no loss of progression.
