Sucker Punch in Australia for Ghost of Yōtei Launch – PAX Australia and SXSW Sydney

We’re excited to announce that Rob Davis, Campaign Director at Sucker Punch Productions (PlayStation Studios), is coming to Australia to celebrate the launch of Ghost of Yōtei. Rob will be appearing at both PAX Australia and SXSW Sydney, offering Aussie fans a unique chance to go behind the scenes on the title. Below are the details for Rob’s appearances:

PAX Australia

Panel: From Vision to Vengeance: Creating Ghost of Yōtei

When: Friday, 10th October, 5:30–6:30pm

Panel: Ghost of Yōtei: Behind the Blade

When: Saturday, 18th October, 11:15am–12:15pm (public session, SXSW Sydney Unlocked)

Description:

See Ghost of Yōtei come alive at SXSW Sydney with a live one-hour gameplay session. Campaign Director Rob Davis plays through a game section while answering questions and sharing behind-the-scenes insights.

About Rob Davis

Rob Davis has been designing games for over 20 years. Currently Campaign Director at Sucker Punch Productions, Rob directs the Mission and Open World Gameplay of PlayStation Studios newest release, Ghost of Yōtei.

Working across PlayStation, Xbox, Electronic Arts and Apple throughout his career, Rob is best known for designing Action-Adventure games such as God of War (2018), God of War Ragnarök, and The Saboteur.

Rob started his career at Krome Studios and Pandemic in Brisbane, Australia before moving to Los Angeles in 2008.


About the Author

Adrian lives in Melbourne Australia and has a huge passion for gaming, technology and pop culture. He recently finished his a Bachelor of Journalism and is currently focusing on games journalism. When not writing and playing video games, Adrian can be found in Comics 'R' Us debating the pros of the DC Universe and cons of the Marvel Universe.
