Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun out on Consoles August 11th
Sydney, 2nd August 2017 – Kalypso Media and Daedalic Entertainment are proud to announce that the highly-acclaimed Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation®4 on August 11th, bringing the real-time stealth tactics title to consoles for the first time. Set in the Edo period of ancient Japan, Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun is a hardcore tactical stealth game in which players control five unique characters, using their versatile skills to complete challenging missions without getting caught.
To celebrate the upcoming release of Shadow Tactics: Blade of the Shogun, Kalypso and Daedalic present a new cinematic trailer for the game, as well as a free demo, allowing would-be ninjas the chance to try the game before they buy.
Optimized for play on Playstation®4 and Xbox One, the console version of Shadow Tactics will bring authentic stealth gameplay to a whole new audience. Whether you’re luring the shogun’s guards with a strategically placed bottle of sake or unleashing a whirlwind of swords to take out an entire group, there is no one way to complete each mission. Utilize Shadow Mode to coordinate your characters and allow them to execute complex strategies simultaneously.
