Premier Audio Brand EPOS Relaunches Wireless Gaming Earbuds with Highly Requested Mic Feature

The GTW 270 Hybrid wireless earbuds from premium audio company EPOS is stacked with key features sought out by gamers: low-latency wireless technology, closed acoustic sound, multifunctionality between devices and ergonomic shape for comfort. Now including the highly requested feature of mic connectivity from the USB-C dongle, in addition to the original Bluetooth® mic function, the GTW 270 Hybrid is an even more versatile product for true audio freedom.

“At EPOS, we strive for audio hardware and software perfection to provide users the best gaming experience,” said Maja Sand-Grimnitz, Director, Brand Management & Global Gaming Marketing at EPOS. “That’s why we incorporated the GTW 270 Hybrid, an already astounding piece of hardware, with additional mic functionality through the USB-C dongle. This highly desired feature now allows gamers to utilize the mic through the dongle which wasn’t possible prior, making the earbuds the ultimate tool for both PC, couch and on-the-go gaming.”

Compact Design WithUnique ErgonomicShape
With interchangeable rubberized ear tip sizes and a unique ergonomic shape, each noise-isolating earbud fits the ear’s natural shape for a comfortable fit. Thanks to a database of over 100,000 ear scans provided by EPOS parent company Demant, EPOS engineers were able to test numerous designs against the statistical data using AI technologies. This was used to develop earbud shells specifically to reduce pressure on non-flexible parts of the ear to negligible levels while maintaining an excellent acoustic seal and delivering state of the art in-ear acoustics.

The Power of Audio
Unlike other wireless earbuds, the GTW 270 Hybrid’s low latency solution offers closed acoustic audio clarity for fully immersive in-game playback. Each earbud’s unique ergonomic shape paired with EPOS’ proprietary miniaturized audio drivers deliver deep powerful bass, natural mids and crisp highs for unrivalled sound quality engineered specifically for gaming. The multi-function single command button on the left earbud provides tactile and intuitive control, allowing the user to move seamlessly between gaming and calls, thanks to multi-point technology, as well as control play, pause, next track and phone controls.

The GTW 270 Hybrid also utilizes dual-channel standard Bluetooth® 5.1 and USB-C dongle connectivity for speaker and microphone transmission. The earbuds’ dual microphones deliver clear communications, reducing background noises for a rich multiplayer gaming experience.

To get the absolute most out of the GTW 270 Hybrid wireless in-ears as possible, downloading the free EPOS Gaming Suite software enables users to customize audio settings to fit their desired needs and find latest firmware and software updates for the product. We recommend that you through the EPOS Gaming Suite always make sure that your digital EPOS gaming product has the latest update in order to function optimally and receive new features.
