PlayStation News: PlayStation Plus discount, Frantics and Bravo Team on sale today

Sony Interactive Entertainment Australia has some exciting news to share, with 25% discount on PlayStation Plus 12-month memberships over the next few weeks. Today also marks the launch of Frantics, the next title to join the PlayLink range, along with PlayStation VR shooter Bravo Team, both exclusive to PlayStation 4.

First up, all players – including current PlayStation Plus members – will be able to receive 25% off of the purchase of a 12-month PlayStation®Plus membership over the next few weeks.

The offer is available now via PlayStation Store until 9pm AEDT, Friday 23rd March. 

PlayStation Plus boasts more than 31.5 million paid members around the world with exclusive features and benefits including PS4 online multiplayer, two free PS4 games each month, including Bloodborne (Metacritic: 92) and Ratchet & Clank (Metacritic: 85) available now, exclusive discounts and 10GB of online storage for game saves.

Frantics, the wacky new party game from NapNok launches today, adding to the PlayLink for PS4 range.

In Frantics, up to four players can jump into a twisted world where anything can happen. Use your mobile phone or tablet as a controller to compete against friends in 15 frenetic mini-games.

Simply hook up your smart device to the TV and PS4 to shake, tilt, swipe and snap your way to victory.

Frantics is available now on PlayStation Store and from select Australian retailers, with a recommended retail price of $24.95 AUD.

The new game joins the range of PlayLink titles; Hidden Agenda, Knowledge is Power, SingStar Celebration and That’s You!.

Bravo Team, developed by Supermassive Games and exclusive to PlayStation VR, also launches today in stores across Australia and on PlayStation Store.

Set in a fictional modern-day city in Eastern Europe, Bravo Team puts players into an intense firefight that will test both their shooting and tactical combat skills. Using the PlayStation VR Aim controller, players will have precision tracking technology for deadly accuracy and vibration feedback for total immersion.
