Plantronics Announces Worldwide Availability of Dolby Atmos(R) Enabled Headsets, Including Award-Winning RIG800LX
Santa Cruz, California, Nov. 15, 2017 – Plantronics (NYSE: PLT), an audio pioneer and communications technology leader, today announced the worldwide availability of its new RIG LX family of gaming headphones featuring Dolby Atmos. This special audio enhancement for Xbox One and Windows 10 lets gamers hear sounds with three-dimensional clarity – from above and below, in front and behind – giving them increased advantage in nearly any gaming scenario. Dolby Atmos for Headphones activation [1] is available with Plantronics RIG 400LX, RIG 600LX and the wireless RIG 800LX, which was recently revealed to be a CES 2018 Innovation Award Honoree in the gaming category.
