Planet of the Apes #3 Review (2023)

APES APES APES
The story of the apes continues with the UN research scientists bringing the apes back to the USA on a cruise ship only to find they are going to be attacked by anti-ape forces. There certainly was a lot that happened between the first and second modern Apes movies.
Not sure who is “good” or “bad” in this case. Even in the best case scenario all the pro-ape humans are doing are getting ready for the apes to take over. The anti-ape group may get themselves a few more years if that be they are going to die anyway.
This is another issue where there is not a whole lot of action apart from the flashbacks but seems to be setting up for something later on.
Worth a look if you have been following the story or a fan of the Planet of the Apes series.
