Philips Hue range expands, outside!
Sydney, Australia – Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, today announced the launch of its first Philips Hue Outdoor range, allowing Australians to take the ambiance from inside the home, outside.
The new range, which spans both the Philips Hue white and Philips Hue white and colour ambiance, features stylish outdoor luminaires, pillar posts and spot lights designed to personalise and transform any outside area.

Complete control to fit to your daily routine
Philips Hue Outdoor seamlessly integrates into the existing Philips Hue ecosystem of lights, allowing people to sync the lights to mirror their routine. With the location awareness on your mobile phone the indoor and outdoor Hue lights you choose can turn on automatically to welcome you home or turn off when you leave your house.
Improved security
Turn lights on and off remotely using the Philips Hue app or schedule them to automatically switch on at specific or randomized moments in the day. Lights can also be set to turn on while people are away on holiday, ensuring greater piece of mind.
Outdoor ambiance
Philips Hue Outdoor lights have been designed with simplicity in mind and have a contemporary and modern feel to work in any outdoor space. Users can choose from over 16 million colours via the Philips Hue app or any of the default scenes

All Philips Hue Outdoor products are designed for outdoor use and are easy to install. Like all Philips Hue products, the outdoor range works with all the leading smart home platforms and devices and can be voice activated.
The Philips Hue white and colour ambiance spot Lily base unit pack will be available in Australia 4th December from JB HiFi and Bunnings, retailing for $169.95 (light including starter plug) and $129.95 (extension lights). The Philips Hue white and colour ambiance Calla bollard will also be available in Australia 4th December from JB HiFi and Bunnings and, will retail for $219.95 (light including starter plug) and $159.95 (extension lights).
