Score

Summary: A fun adventurer with the orcs who get what they came for. Worth a look and I would consider getting the trade paperback coming out later in the year.

Orcs get their sword

Our adventurers are almost at the end of their quest but that does not mean they still don’t have a lot to go through. When they finally return to their village they get their houses and all their stuff back and hand off their quest item to the head of the village.

Even though this was the last on of this particular storyline there was a lot in it to make it worth reading and I would consider getting the trade paperback that comes out later in the year.

Orcs always get a bad rap in fantasy as the evil forces but to themselves they are not evil, they just are. This series is meant for younger readers and although there is tree blood and sword fighting in this people do not seem to suffer as much.

With the renewed popularity of Dungeons and Dragons and people playing it over Zoom it would be a fun story to read on the side.

This was a fun story with some interesting characters and I would recommend this to fans of fantasy stories or someone who wants something a bit different.
