Logitech Harmony Expands Seamless Control Throughout the Home
AUSTRALIA — Jan 14, 2016 — Recently, Logitech (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI) announced the expansion of their Harmony lineup with new products that bring the company’s expertise and leadership in entertainment control to the smart home. These new products give you easy access to and control over your favourite entertainment and home automation devices — even if they are behind closed doors in your entertainment centre — all from one easy, familiar system.

With just a few easy steps your remote, tablet or smartphone can now control your TV, set-top box, speakers, lighting, thermostat, door locks, window shades and other popular devices. Plus, with Harmony Activities, you can easily create one-touch control of multiple products, letting you power on your TV, dim your lights, adjust the temperature and open your window shades—all at the same time. You can start or end an Activity with either a touch of your remote or mobile app, according to customisable schedules, or in response to sensors. And if you’re away from home, you can check the status and adjust devices from the Harmony mobile app.

Logitech Harmony Elite delivers the same great feature set as the Harmony 950, paired with the power of the Harmony Hub. Whether using the mobile app or advanced touchscreen remote, Harmony Elite offers seamless control of your entertainment—and your connected home. With the Harmony Elite, you can replace remotes for up to 15 entertainment devices, and combine that with control popular smart home products including lights, locks, and thermostats, either directly with one touch, on customisable schedules, or even when away from home.
