Logitech G Ignites Aussie Esports Scene with Rainbow 6 Siege X Rivals Tournament
Logitech G, the leading brand in gaming gear and innovation, has officially launched Logitech G Rivals, a brand-new Rainbow 6 Siege X tournament. This grassroots esports tournament is a flagship activation under the wider LOGITECH G PLAY DAYS initiative —demonstrating Logitech G’s commitment to empowering gamers of all levels and celebrating the joy of play on the path to PRO.
The tournament kicks off with open registrations on July 8, leading into the Open Qualifiers taking place August 2-3. Featuring a double-elimination, best-of-one format with no cap on entries, the qualifiers offer an open path to glory. Registrations close August 1 at 11:59PM AEST.
Successful teams will advance to the Regular Season, held from August 14 to September 4. Across eight teams, the round-robin stage will unfold every Thursday and Friday, with four matches each night, broadcast live on Twitch.
The best of the best will battle it out in the Playoffs and live Grand Final at Melbourne’s iconic Fortress venue. And with a $5,000 AUD prize pool and epic prizes on the line, there’s more than just bragging rights at stake. It’s a fully broadcasted celebration of local competition, community, and high-stakes Rainbow 6 Siege X action.
Aimed at emerging esports talent and local communities, Rivals is all about levelling the playing field – providing accessible, inclusive, and hype-fueled competition for gamers of all skill levels. Whether you’re grinding ranked games or repping your local LAN crew, Logitech G Rivals offers a chance to compete, connect, and claim glory.
