Logitech G Announces Money-Back Guarantee on PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE Pre-Orders

As the Australian gaming community gears up for the highly anticipated PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse launch on February 24th 2026, Logitech G has confirmed it is offering a 30-day money-back guarantee on all JB Hi-Fi pre-orders.

Customers who pre-order the upcoming product between December 15th 2025 and 11:59pm AEDT February 23rd 2026 can trial the mouse and return it to any Australian JB Hi-Fi retail store if they are not completely happy for any reason up to 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery at launch (the greater of).

It marks an industry first for gaming products sold at JB Hi-Fi, as the retailer has never previously offered money-back guarantees for such products at the pre-order stage.

PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE was first revealed at Logitech G Play last year. The revolutionary device is the industry’s first gaming mouse to feature SUPERSTRIKE technology, an innovative blend of inductive analog sensing and real-time haptic feedback. Built for professional athletes, it introduces breakthrough advances in click latency, customisation, and performance, making it the ultimate tool for gamers who refuse to settle for second place.

The core of this innovation lies in replacing traditional microswitches found in the main keys of conventional gaming mice with our Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS). For the money-back guarantee, delivery costs for products purchased online, and for any other products purchased in the same transaction, are not eligible. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide valid proof of purchase and return the product with all original packaging and accessories. This includes the original box, any accompanying manuals or documentation, and all accessories that came with the item.
