LEGO BATMAN: LEGACY OF THE DARK KNIGHT SWITCH 2 VERSION TO LAUNCH ON SEP 18
Warner Bros. Games have announced the critically acclaimed LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight will launch worldwide for Nintendo Switch™2 on Sept. 18, 2026. Pre-orders are available now for the Standard Edition ($109.95) and Deluxe Edition ($139.95).
Additionally, the upcoming Mayhem Collection downloadable content (DLC), featuring the new Mayhem Mode with The Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters, will release on the same day, Sept. 18,for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation®5, XBOX Series X|S, and PC (Steam & Epic Game Store) Deluxe Edition owners.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Nintendo Switch 2 Deluxe Edition owners will receive the following content at launch on Sept. 18:
· Free LEGO Retro Video Game Batman™ Minifigure (*available with physical edition only & while supplies last)
· Access to the Legacy Collection DLC, incl. new suits, vehicles, and Batcave items inspired by the Batman: Arkham videogame series, Batman Beyond television series, and a party music themed pack
· Access to the Mayhem Collection DLC, with the new Mayhem Mode with The Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters, a new story mission, and the Sinister Pack, consisting of seven (7) new suits (one [1] for each of the main game playable characters), five (5) new Batcave items, and a new Batmobile to traverse the open world

The LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Standard Edition ($109.95) and Deluxe Edition ($139.95) on PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, and PC (Steam & Epic Game Store) are available now. Current Standard Edition owners on PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, and PC (Steam & Epic Game Store) can purchase the Deluxe Edition upgrade ($39.95) to receive the Legacy Collection DLC now and the Mayhem Collection DLC on Sept. 18.
Developed by TT Games, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is an all-new open-world action-adventure videogame that invites players to embark on Bruce Wayne’s epic journey to become the hero of Gotham City, from origin to legend, with an original story inspired by decades of Batman films, television shows, comic books, and games, combined with countless DC references and fun-filled LEGO humour.
Players can unlock the in-game Golden Age Batsuit, a classic outfit based on the Caped Crusader’s debut look from Detective Comics #27 (1939), accessible for eligible users who create a Warner Bros. Games account and those who already have an account, as well as the the in-game Dark Knights of Steel Batsuit (inspired by DC’s Dark Knights of Steel comic) and in-game Black Lantern Batsuit (inspired by HBO’s Lanterns) by linking a Warner Bros. Games account with an active HBO Max account.
Four new LEGO DC Batman sets are available (*subject to availability), each including in-game digital content redeemable now in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. The LEGO® DC Batman™: Batman Logo set unlocks an exclusive gold Batsuit for the videogame, and the LEGO® DC Batman™: The Batman™ Batmobile™, LEGO® DC Batman™ Batman v Superman™ Batmobile™, and LEGO® DC Batman: Batman & Robin™ Batmobile™ sets include an in-game playable version of each respective vehicle, plus an exclusive gold variant of each vehicle, for the videogame. Please note, the exclusive in-game gold Batsuit and gold vehicle variants are only available through purchase of the LEGO sets.
