JDM: Japanese Drift Master PS5 Physical Edition Coming August 14th
Curveball Games and Poland based Gaming Factory are excited to announce that the smash hit JDM: Japanese Drift Master will be speeding its way to retail in August this year, as Curveball continues to build its thrilling physical portfolio. Released on PC in 2025 and then making its way to console in February this year, the release marks a continued partnership between Gaming Factory and Curveball Games.
Curveball Games will release JDM: Japanese Drift Master on PlayStation 5 for £34.99/$39.99/€39.99 in the EMEA and North American regions, with a planned release date of August 14th, 2026.
In JDM: Japanese Drift Master, you’ll get to discover Japan’s legendary car culture, between authentically designed and licensed models and stunningly realised drifting spots, all told through a hand-drawn, animated Manga comic-book style.
Quoted as ‘a hugely ambitious and earnest racer’ by IGN, and that it ‘delivers exactly what its name promises, aiming to bring back a long-lost racing experience’ by GameStar.
As players immerse themselves in the birthplace of drift, in an open world, story-driven experience, they’ll travel through narrow rural roads, vast highways and through modern cityscapes.
Using robust tuning options, you can choose between Arcade style racing or Simcade settings where all assists are off and your skills are truly put to the test.
As you travel through fictional Guntama, filled with more than 250km of main roads, racing tracks and instanced events, you’ll perform takeovers against winding mountain passes and contend against dynamic weather conditions and a full day/night cycle system.
Pre-Orders are NOW OPEN through Curveball’s retailer, The Game Collection as well as all major retailers across EMEA and North America.
