Hallows’ Eve #1 Review (2023)
Summary: Something a bit different for a supposed hero that is in trouble with the law but you are expected to be on their side.

Nice concept
Janine Godby is trying to one last job and then she will disappear. With her bag of masks she can sneak into places where normal people can’t and the masks let her change form and take on characteristics of the mask. Trying to escape from the bank vault she overdoes it a bit in her werewolf form which of course snowballs.
I had not heard of this character before and this story sounded like an interesting concept. Also it does not seem to be linked to any of the current stories or need any prior reading.
This is another one where the story will make more sense as it goes on as supposedly the main character is wanted for murder and is currently hiding out but it also wants you to take their side.
Worth a look if you are into following a series with no really big names in it and want something a bit different.
