Galloping fiercely into battle as the 23rd character in Street Fighter™ 6 is the Psycho-powered fallen dictator, M. Bison, entering the fray on June 26, 2024, across PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam! M. Bison himself, the ever-popular Terry Bogard and Mai Shiranui from SNK’s Fatal Fury series, and the capoeira master Elena!

The iconic, power-hungry M. Bison was last seen seemingly defeated by Ryu in Street Fighter™ V, and has now awoken and stumbled into the Ruined Lab with only one thought on his mind: reattaining the villainous power he once had.

Bison’s move set will feel both familiar and fresh compared to previous Street Fighter installments, with Psycho Power and aggressive pressure still major parts of his fighting style, featuring some of the following moves:

  • Shadow Rise: A quick and high-reaching jump that has two follow-ups, including his iconic Head Press and Devil Reverse moves
  • Backfist Combo: An all-new move that allows M. Bison to plant Psycho Mines in his opponents
  • Knee Press Nightmare: M. Bison’s Level 1 Super Art that takes aim at opponent’s legs with a series of crushing blows and is invincible on start-up
  • Psycho Punisher: M. Bison’s Level 2 Super Art that launches opponents into the air with a powerful shockwave from a stomp
  • Unlimited Psycho Crusher: M. Bison’s Level 3 Super Art sees the villain rush towards his opponent and smash them into the ground with devastating strength

Check out even more details on his moves here so you can better prepare for the impending evil.

Bison will be unlocked for owners of the Year 2 Character Pass and Ultimate Pass, and M. Bison’s iconic Outfit 2 from Street Fighter™ II: Champion Edition will be released at the same time as well.

We’ll have much more to share about Year 2 characters in the months ahead – and don’t forget to check out the full Year 2 announce trailer here on YouTube – so stay tuned for more later this year!
