DreamHack Melbourne Announces Full Event Schedule Including Music Festival Nights Featuring DJ Paris Lawrence

Today DreamHack announced the full schedule of activities and events that will take place at DreamHack Melbourne (Sep 2-4), including two nights of music entertainment, accessible to all DreamHack attendees after the festival’s daily activities conclude, and featuring the famous Australian DJ, Paris Lawrence.

After enjoying the many exciting events and activities during the day (see full schedule below), from 7pm-11pm, DreamHack Melbourne’s main stage will be transformed to a music arena, where ticket holders will be able to enjoy the sounds of DJ Paris Lawrence, and a number of other local DJs.

Paris Lawrence is a powerhouse 21 year old Hip Hop DJ from Australia. Always energetic on and off the floor, she exudes passion and energy through every performance.

DJ Paris Lawrence’s inclusion at DreamHack Melbourne this year has been possible thanks to the support of JBL.

“We have been eagerly awaiting the return of gaming events to connect with the gaming community, and DreamHack Melbourne is the perfect fit.” said Ashleigh Kingston, Marketing Manager, Harman Lifestyle Division at JBL. “With our 75 year audio heritage in music and the game-winning sound of our JBL Quantum range, bringing DJ Paris Lawrence and this new music element to DreamHack Melbourne will be a great experience for everyone attending the event,” Ashleigh added.

DreamHack Melbourne has also released its full schedule of entertainment and events that will take place across the three day festival. These will include the biggest range of esports & gaming content ever seen at an Australian festival, with professional tournaments in League of Legends (LCO Split 2 Grand Final, Delivered by Menulog), Halo Infinite (HCS ANZ Regional), and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (ESL Challenger Melbourne) on display, accompanied by a Bring-Your-Own-PC (BYOPC) LAN. Attendees will also get the chance to experience the DreamHack expo, concourse activities, merchandise, and on-ground competitions. For attendees who want to chill out while participating, DreamHack Melbourne includes an Arcade bar featuring Arcade machines, and TVs showing esports that fans can use to watch games from the main stages.

“DreamHack Melbourne is a festival of entertainment with something for everyone,” said Ben Green, Senior Product Manager at ESL, “Music is a big part of DreamHack, and we are very excited to have DJ Paris Lawrence on board for our first DreamHack in Australia. Additionally, we will have a huge range of esports and gaming content, a host of activities in the concourse and in the DreamHack Expo, our BYOC LAN, Content Creator Hub, and the Arcade Bar. DreamHack Melbourne is truly a great day out for the whole family,” Ben added.
