Summary: Normally I would be annoyed at coming into a story not knowing what was going on, Deadpool seems to thrive on the chaos and benefits from it.

Confusing but fun

Deadpool has been given a contract to kill Doctor Octopus but things got complicated when he was kidnapped by another supervillain and infected with a symbiote. Meanwhile Lady Deathstrike thinks she has been stood up on the assignment and bursts in to try and find out what is going on.

At this point I am at the “where does this happen in the movie?” mindset with this character I swear I was reading the same series and it was a completely different story? They need to name these better than just the main character’s name.

Alyssa Wong is an excellent writer and I would recommend getting this one if you are a fan of her work and want something different from the Star Wars stuff she has been working on.

Even though I was confused by the storyline I would have to say that Deadpool is one character that actually benefits from chaos as it makes his witty comebacks and actions even better.

One for the fans of Deadpool but maybe not for people who don’t like being confused by a story.
