In close collaboration with CD PROJEKT RED, Dark Horse Manga presents English readers with a print edition of the prequel manga to the hit Netflix anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners MADNESS Volume 1. This high-octane story is penned by Bartosz Sztybor, the original anime series’ screenwriter and Franchise Creative Director at CD PROJEKT RED, with art by Japanese creator Asano (BNA: Brand New Animal), English adaptation by Stefan Kiełbasiewicz, and letters by Brendon Hull. This manga explores the backstory of fan-favorite characters Rebecca and Pilar, and Volume 1 will arrive wherever books are sold on February 24, 2026. But fans don’t have to wait that long to get a preview: an exclusive, limited, single issue comic-style edition of Chapter 1 will be available to fans at Anime Expo and San Diego Comic-Con this July, only from CD PROJEKT RED and Dark Horse Comics, respectively!
