Australia’s first 4K Streaming Cinema has arrived in Sydney

Binge-streamers, rejoice! You can now stuff your face with popcorn whilst streaming your favourite shows from a luxury boutique ‘streaming’ cinema – and what’s more it’s totally free!

Taking up residency in Darlinghurst, Sydney, the first of its kind Nebula Streaming Cinema is now open for bookings. Think full recliner chairs, surround sound, unlimited popcorn, drinks and snacks and an on-demand waiter service to boot. Inside the four-seater cinema, guests are treated to a truly immersive viewing experience, with Nebula’s top-of-the-range Cosmos Laser 4K projector (valued at $4,295 AUD), offering a whopping 150 inch crystal clear viewing perspective.

When it comes to content, consumers are spoilt for choice. The Cosmos Laser 4K projector utilises built-in Chromecast, giving access to over 7,000 mainstream apps* like Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Amazon Prime and Disney+ meaning consumers can indulge in their favourite shows and movies in 4K cinematic quality.

Speaking about the must-try experience, Gaspar Xie, Head of Sales & Operations ANZ at Nebula ANZ said, “Traditionally, people would either go out to the cinema for that big screen experience or stay home and stream their favourite shows. The Nebula Streaming Cinema is all about merging the two together, bringing a cinematic experience to the living room.

“By offering cinema-like video quality and an ocean of content to stream from, all in the comfort of a cosy, private space, we’re showing Aussies they can have the best of both worlds,” added Xie.
