Angela Hession, Principal PM at Xbox to speak at next Flagship Microsoft Store Sydney Women In Games Event
Flagship Microsoft Store Sydney is excited to announce the next Women in Gaming event, a series of in-store events that celebrates passionate females within the gaming industry.
The Women in Gaming event will offer participants the opportunity to network and get advice from industry veteran Angela Hession, Principal Project Manager at Xbox. During her 19-year stint at Xbox, Angela has launched over 100 games and was original co-creator of ID@Xbox, which enabled over 10,000 independent gamers the tools and technology to develop and self-publish on Xbox.
This free event will be held on Thursday, 09 August 2018 from 6.00pm – 8.00pm at the Flagship Microsoft Store Sydney (188 Pitt Street Mall Sydney, NSW 2000).
Angela will be speaking about the Gaming for Everyone program, sharing her own experience in navigating the industry and how to build your personal brand. Come along to hear her story and connect with other passionate like-minded women creating careers in the gaming industry.
