The Airbank Pocket 2 Pro makes a strong first impression because it arrives neatly packed (super tiny) and feels like a product designed with real-world purpose, opposed to something thrown together. It aims to solve a simple problem in a smarter way by giving you a compact inflator that fits in your hand yet behaves like a tiny air compressor for bikes and sports gear. The size alone makes it appealing because it slips easily into a backpack, a pocket or glovebox without adding bulk… welcome to the Airbank Pocket Pro 2.
Unboxing
Once you open the box you find a full kit that covers almost anything you might want to inflate. The unit comes with a waterproof pouch and a silicone case that protects the inflator during travel. You also get a hose, a ball needle, a Presta valve converter, a pillar, a seal part plus a USB-C charging cable. The instructions are small but clear enough to get you started. The inflator itself measures 70 x 29 x 50 mm and weighs only 130 g, which makes it feel more like a power bank than a tool. It runs on a 420 mAh battery with USB‑C charging and can reach a maximum pressure of 120 PSI, which is more than enough for bikes and sports equipment.
The LED screen is bright and shows battery level and pressure units, while the power button and two adjustment buttons make it simple to set your target PSI. In use it performs exactly as promised. It pumped up our basketballs and bike tyres without fuss and once it hit the PSI I had chosen, it stopped automatically. Also, the sound level is surprisingly low for a device this small, which makes it comfortable to use indoors or early in the morning without disturbing anyone.
