AMD Brings FSR Upscaling 4.1 to RDNA 3 GPUs this July

In a video announcement today, Jack Huynh, SVP & GM, AMD Computing and Graphics group, announced AMD will bring FSR Upscaling 4.1 to RDNA™ 3 (Radeon RX 7000 Series) GPUs this July, delivering machine learning-powered upscaling to previous-generation gamers without requiring a hardware upgrade. 

With a simple install of the latest AMD software driver, FSR 4.1 brings sharper visuals and smoother gameplay to over 300 supported titles expanding access to upscaling technology across the Radeon ecosystem.

AMD is committed to empowering gamers and developers with the latest tools to have a great gaming experience. In Q1 2027, AMD will also bring FSR Upscaling 4.1 to AMD RDNA™ 2 GPUs, offering the same quality enhancements to a broader audience of gamers.
