SUPER ROBOT WARS Y demo is available now!

SUPER ROBOT WARS Y demo is now available on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. Players can dive into epic grid-based battles and get a taste of tactical combat before the full release set to 28 August for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam.

SUPER ROBOT WARS Y demo includes the first chapter of the main game and showcases a first-hand experience in which players will have to battle their way towards the future while fighting alongside powerful allies, featuring legendary heroes from iconic sci-fi and mecha animes.

Saved data from the demo can be transferred to the full version at release, allowing to carry over data such as character creation, as well as acquired items and resources to the main game. Moreover, upon completion of Chapter 1 of the demo, players will receive a playing bonus including enhanced in-game items and points at the release of the full game.

SUPER ROBOT WARS Y is a strategic RPG uniting anime legends for grid-based battles. This game is the newest addition to the SUPER ROBOT WARSseries which started more than 30 years ago. Players will have to place their units strategically and command them to defeat their opponents. To strengthen their heroes and overcome the next challenge, they will be able to upgrade their units and train their pilots with the credits and resources earned after each mission.

SUPER ROBOT WARS Y is set to launch on 28 August 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. The game is available for pre-order, which will unlock the following bonus: the Cybaster and the protagonist mechs from Super Robot Wars V.
