Dr. Fate Action Figure (Mexican Copy) By: Unknown Series: Super Power Collection series 3 Copy Produced by: Unknown Extra: None This figure appears to be based on the Super Powers Dr. Fate figure that was available at the Sonora Toy Market in Mexico City about 10 years ago. It's made from a different kind of plastic than most regular action figures--softer, more like the PVC figures--and the paint job is pretty bad.
