Grumpy Old Women at Christmas
Just so you all know, there is also a
Grumpy Old Men at Christmas special and to be honest I am not sure which
to pip as the better. There is something very cool about these ladies
and their take on the subject matter will have you laughing the whole
way through.
Living up to the idea of Grumpy Old Women
to a tee, the attitude is turned up to 11 and the stories come thick and
fast. As with the “men” series, the show is filmed in widescreen with
2.0 stereo as the audio mix. All things said and done, it’s a nice way
to enjoy a show of this nature.
With a running time of only 59 minutes, I
was disappointed with what seemed to be a bit of a cop out in terms of
content, however all that is included makes for a solid time of
laughter.
Some of the topics included are sagging
breasts and the desire to be the perfect Christmas hostess. The list of
things that really irk these women are almost endless and you’ve got a
front row seat to the show.

I’d
suggest getting both of this and the Grumpy Men discs as they are
complimentary to each other and as a result I’ve scored them both the
