Tell us a bit about yourself
I'm a California girl born and raised. I went to USC
where I graduated Magna Cum Laude so I'm a huge Trojan fan. ;) I'm also a
complete animal lover. I do volunteer work with a couple dog rescues in Los
Angeles, mostly Angel City Pit Bulls and I have two rescues staffies of my
What made you get into modeling?
I've always been a performer- growing up, I acted and
danced. I LOVED being on the stage. When I was in college, a photographer
who took my headshots asked if I'd be interested in doing a pin up project
with him. Since I LOVE that era- the styling, the glamour, the timelessness,
I said absolutely!
What do you enjoy about modeling?
I love working with creative and talented individuals.
It's great to spend your day creating something. It's great to see a
finished product, be it a film or an image, and say I was part of that! I
helped MAKE that!
Worst part of modeling?
Scheduling! It's the bane of my existence. My schedule
is so completely random that it's really difficult to plan too far ahead. I
rely completely on my calendar to tell me what I'm doing because it's
impossible to keep track. Some days/weeks will be insanely busy, and others,
really slow. It can be hard to feel balanced with a schedule that's always
Do you have any tattoos? If so where and what of?
No. I'm part of the old school. All natural and no
What's your best asset?
Physically, I'd say my eyes. I love my baby blues and
I'm definitely known for them. Personality wise, I'd say sense of humor. You
have to be able to laugh at yourself, and with me, there is MUCH to laugh
I always wanted a bigger butt! ;)
What are three technological things you cannot live
First and foremost, my iPhone. My calendar is on there,
my email, maps for directions. Basically my life! My tv. I love to watch tv,
and stay on top of the new shows. I love to watch actors at work. It's
inspiring. Lastly, my laptop.
How do you relax?
At my core, I'm kind of a homebody. I spend so much of
my day driving around and being super social, that at the end of a long day
I like to unwind with a cup of tea and watch some good shows on tv!
Top three things that annoy you?
Oh boy....I have a lot of pet peeves, so I'll just use
People not listening and making me repeat myself over
More serious annoyances:
The randomness of this business
Top three things that make you happy?
And my dogs!!! I know, that's four! ;)
What is your favourite video game?
Halo! Great story and interesting game. I got to work
Comic Con in 2010 as Cortana for the Halo booth. Very fun!
If you could go back in time and visit yourself at
age 10, what would you say?
Enjoy being young! Because you'll be all grown up
before you know it.
On the other hand, if you could go into the future
and visit yourself 80, what would you ask?
Oh don't we all wish for this now and then ;) I'd ask
myself what I'd do differently. Hindsight is always 20/20.
Married or Single?
What do you look for in a guy?
Sense of humor is paramount. I like someone that
doesn't take themself too seriously. And let's face it, you HAVE to find the
funny in life to stay sane ;) I also find the most hilarious people to be
the most intelligent, so it's a 2-for-1 deal. I like a guy who is
thoughtful, respectful, loyal. Someone who has a good sense of values.
Confidence without being arrogant. Okay so like most women, I want a lot!
What is your favorite movie?
Way too may! I'll name some random varied options. Bad
Boys II. I'm a HUGE Will Smith fan and that movie is just hilarious. The
Princess Bride. Inconceivable not to love it ;) Gladiator. Amazing
performance by Russel Crowe and moving story.
I grew up on hip hop & r&B, and it's still my fav. I
also like oldies, salsa, merengue. I listen to a bit of everything
Anything cheesy!!! I'm Italian, so pasta with red sauce
will always up high on the list. And I have a total sweet tooth so any yummy
Blue! Its ridiculous how much I love blue. A HUGE
chunk of my wardrobe is in shades of it, and people always make fun of me
for it. l)
Favourite TV Show?
So many good tv shows! Old school shows- Saved By the
Bell & Fresh Prince. I get so nostalgic watching them because they remind me
of my childhood. Arrested Development is hilarious and I'm so glad it's
coming back for a few more episodes. I really loved Rescue Me (about NY
firefighters after 9/11.) From beginning to end, that's one of the best
shows I've ever seen. I love Dexter, The Closer, White Collar, The Office,
House. Like I said, I watch a LOT of tv ;)
Your motto for life?
I'll go with some quotes from Will Smith and 2pac!
"Through every dark night, there's a bright day. So
keep your head up, stick your chest out, and handle it. " -Tupac Shakur
"Being realistic is the most commonly traveled road to
mediocrity." -Will Smith
Do you have a fan site like twitter, myspace or
What does the future hold for you?
I never know what tomorrow will hold, which is all part
of the excitement and the journey. Of course I'm striving to be a part of as
many wonderful projects as possible, both print work and film. I start
filming a feature soon with the directors from a Friday the 13th: Obsession
webseries I'm currently in. It's a great story and I'm looking forward to
Ten words or less for your fans?
