Tell us a bit about yourself... My name is
Victoria and I live in Pennsylvania in the United
States. I am a full time teacher and a part time
model. I am also a cosplayer and a writer.
What made you get into modeling? I got into
modeling through cosplay. I was cosplaying for a
good four years until I took the next step and got
into modeling. I always enjoyed the process of
taking co splay photos so modeling came naturally.
What do you enjoy about modeling? I love the
creative process behind it all. It's a form of
artistic expression. Everything from wardrobe to
hair and makeup, backgrounds and themes. Planning
something artistic, executing it and seeing the
result is very exciting.
How did you get into Cosplay? I always enjoyed
seeing cosplayers at conventions and I saw some
photos online. It made me want to try it so I picked
a character I loved, cosplayed and I was hooked!
What do you love about Cosplay? I love becoming
someone else although it's a little weird when
people are like "Hey, Princess Leia!" or "Hey, Black
Canary!" *laughs* Actually it's to the point where
people are like "Hey, Victoria!" cause they know who
I am. But it's really cool to portray a fantasy
based character because to me it's the highest form
of fan appreciation. I also like the joy it brings
to other people especially kids.
What are three technological things you cannot live
without? My cell phone, internet and my PSP!
What is your favourite video game? The Kingdom
Hearts series and I also love the Tomb Raider
games.
Who are your favourite characters in comics?
Black Adam, Wonder Woman, Batman, Zatanna and Kyle
Rayner.
Who are your favourite characters in anime?
Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist.
Who are your favourite characters in movies?
Captain Jack Sparrow, Jareth the Goblin King and
Sheriff Woody.
Married or Single? I was married but am now
divorced. I'm single.
What do you look for in a guy? Honesty, loyalty,
brains, independence, humor and talent. I love
Latino's and Italians. Black hair, tan skin and
being in shape is a definite plus!
What is your favorite movie? Pan's Labyrinth
Favourite Music? Linkin Park, Disturbed, We Are
The Fallen, Coldplay, Bon Jovi & Evanescence
Favourite TV Show? It's Always Sunny in
Philadelphia, Lost, Supernatural, The Simpsons,
Robot Chicken & Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Your motto for life? Live life to the fullest
and always seize the moment.
What does the future hold for you? Hopefully I
will continue to move higher in my modeling career.
I would love to do this full time. Things are going
amazingly well right now and I've gotten so much
press and many offers. Things can only go up from
here. I would love to move to California eventually.
