How did you get started in the Adult Industry?

I joined the adult industry when I was 21 years old. I had just dropped out of the middle year of my Junior year at Fort Lewis College majoring in psychology and working at a local Denver porn shop, living back home with my mom. One day she found my highly sexual myspace and all my naughty pics on the computer and called me while I was over at a friends house and said she found my pics and that I had two options; either check myself into a mental hospital or get out of her house. I screamed "I am gonna go to LA and be a porn-star!" All she said was that I had a plane ticket waiting for me at the airport and hung up. The rest is Courtney Page porno history. 

What do you enjoy about modeling? Are there any downsides?

Well I am a huge narcissist so modeling is really fuel to the fire! That should be a downside, huh? Oh well! According to Freud, narcissism is a natural and necessary investment of one's sexual energy in oneself, a sexual version of ordinary self-interest. I love being able to participate in something that is so taboo! We porn stars are a special breed! However, there is one major downside! Huge and that would be the "the porn agent". I mean a pimp off the street would be a refreshing change to what the agents in porn are like. And in most cases they refer to themselves as pimps. I have been with a few different porno agencies and one of them required us to call our agent "daddy". Another "papa" and the female agent "Mama". Puke. An agent is supposed to be working for talent but it's totally flipped upside down in the adult biz! We, as talent, have to put up with ridiculous curfews, being told about a booking rather than being asked and even withholding tons of work just because they feel like it or are lazy! Its incredibly frustrating to know that companies want to shoot you but your agent is just not passing the info along to you for whatever unprofessional reasons. ARGH! Agents are authoritative figures when that should not be the case. 

 

How many films are under your belt at the moment? 

I would say somewhere around 35 - 40, not nearly enough in my opinion!

Its actually my own Urbandictionary.com defintion of "Courtney Page". I submitted my own definition I wrote myself and got it published! Minus "the new standard of the porn world". I am so proud of that!  

What's your favorite position? 

My favorite position is blow job! And to all those who say "hey thats no position" all I can say is well, don't I have to "position" myself right in order to perform that properly?
